Being physically active can be challenging at the best of times,
let alone during the colder, darker days of winter.

Get W.I.T.H. It!  is another way to add more walking into your day.

Everyone is welcome…this is a free program to walk with neighbours, friends and family for fun and fellowship in a safe, warm place.

There will be draws, prizes and visitors throughout the program months. Come on out and bring your own favorite tunes with you or walk to the beat of the fun, motivating tunes we play in the halls.
